The formidable and charismatic Seraphina Picquery served as President of the Magical Congress of the United States of America from 1920–1928. It was she who had to deal with the threat to the Statute of Secrecy caused by the escape of Newt’s magical creatures. The wand, measuring approx 35.5cm, comes in a special pink collector’s box.
